I have a question about this paragraph from the contest rules: “All eligible photo submissions (that meet the requirements of these Rules and Regulations) will be made available to the public for viewing. Visitors to Apple’s Insomnia Photo Festival site will have the opportunity to view and vote on the submissions. Each entrant must sign a photo release form that will explicitly grant the Sponsors the right to their photo via any and all media (including, without limitation, Internet and television). Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected by the Sponsors from remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be delivered to each legally qualified winner within fifteen (15) days of the Sponsor’s receipt of all necessary legal documents.” The item in question is for me the explicit granted the sponsors THE RIGHT TO THEIR PHOTO. Does this mean all entrants will have to surrender copyright? HMMMM.

I’m sorry for mangling my grammar, Please accept this as my humble rephrasing of my main question; The point of contention for me is the part stating “Each entrant must sign a photo release form that will explicitly grant the Sponsors the right to their photo”…
    Sorry.
