An Introduction to Photography Composition on Knol

Posted on: 23 July 2008

If you haven’t heard yet, there’s a new kind of online encyclopedia. Google’s Knol is similar to Wikipedia. While I’m not sure where this will end up, I did notice a “knol” posted by Yanik Chauvin that was very good. It’s an Introduction to Photography Composition. In this article anyone interested in photography can learn about

  • The Rule of Thirds
  • Simplicity
  • Leading Lines
  • The Natural Frame
  • Contrasts
  • Point of View, and
  • Rhythm

It is certainly worth checking out.
